Some people must be born with voices like this. Neko's voice arrests one and makes them listen to her tales and believe her. Maybe you could call this country music if you need a label, but that doesn't do it justice. Initial tracking at WaveLab in Tucson, AZ, with our beloved Craig Schumacher (along with Nick Luca and Jim Blackwook). Mixing began at Prairie Sun Studios with Darryl Neudorf where a few vocals were re-tracked. Then final mixing occurred at Iguana in North York, Ontario with Darryl and Neko, though a few mixes from WaveLab survived. Also recommended listening to anyone who thinks vocals don't need reverb - this thing is swimming and sounds cool. (www.bloodshotrecords.com)
